肺腺癌初期無症狀 篩檢6成已4期

【台灣醒報記者許瑋哲台北報導】「原先我只是要檢查『打呼』，沒想到竟發現罹患了肺腺癌，完全沒有任何的症狀！」一名罹患肺腺癌的陳小姐15日表示，我不喘、不咳，也沒有胸悶等，初期沒有任何的症狀。雙和醫院胸腔內科主任李崗遠說，這就是肺腺癌最可怕的地方，初期完全沒有任何的症狀，有將近6成的肺腺癌病患發現時，都已經到了第4期。

【初期幾乎無症狀】

異象醫藥15日舉辦「晚期肺腺癌突破化療頻頸」記者會，李崗遠醫師表示，目前醫學仍無法釐清睡眠與肺腺癌之間的因果，但臨床資料顯示，睡不好的民眾、容易打呼者罹肺癌風險較高。他解釋，睡眠障礙的狀況在於它會抵制免疫系統，這樣身體內的壞因子不容易被除去，這樣就容易導致癌症。

陳小姐表示，「我不抽菸、不煮菜，家族也沒有病史，癌症怎麼可能發生在平常都有運動的我！」陳小姐強調，當初只是想解決打呼的問題，沒想到去檢查後竟然被檢測出是「肺腺癌」，她最初的想法是，「怎麼可能是我！」

陳小姐嚴肅的說，「重點是，我檢查的時候竟然還不是早期，自己的癌症已經轉移了。」另一位肺腺癌病患楊小姐也說，她的初期症狀只有早上刷牙時會流血，「沒有咳嗽，只是聲音沙啞，偶而喉嚨卡卡外，沒有任何症狀。」

【躍為癌症死亡率第一】

「這正是肺腺癌最可怕的地方，初期也沒有任何症況，有將近6成的病患在檢查時已經是第4期。」李崗遠強調，即使腫瘤不大，也可能轉移到肺內，甚至是全身骨骼、腦部或者是肝臟。他表示，根據衛福部資料顯示，肺癌已成為國人癌症死亡率的第一名，不論男女都是癌症之首，肺癌已經折損了國人平均壽命12年。

「一般環境汙染，像現在的空污也是造成肺腺癌的原因之一。」李崗遠指出，雖然初期沒什麼症況，但是若咳嗽超過兩星期、胸痛或體重莫名下降等，就要注意，提早檢查才能提早治療。
